Bravo Pawn Systems Releases Version 2.4.9 Update, Includes Many…

“When we say we value partner feedback, we truly mean it.”

Bravo Pawn Systems has released the new 2.4.9 update for its pawnshop management software today, and with it, a wide range of improvements and new features designed to enhance and streamline the user experience.

“Bravo understands the unique needs of professional pawn shop operators,” explains Bravo CEO Tally Mack, herself a 5th-generation pawnbroker. “Our ears are always open when it comes to hearing about the features our customers would like to see.”

Upgrades in the new version include:

  • Flexible Tender Types: “Every pawn shop is different,” adds Mack. “And Bravo believes it’s up to individual store owners to decide what types of payment to accept.” The new update allows store owners to add a wide variety of tender options to their points of sale, and online transaction portals.
  • Simpler Employee Security: Adding or updating new employees’ security settings is easier than ever in the new release. This new UI enhancement allows for a simple copy/paste function when a new (or promoted) employee’s permissions are to be the same as an existing associate.
  • Easy-Edit Split Item Cost: Now, when splitting items, Bravo’s software will automatically distribute the cost evenly among the items during the split process. If the store requires a more custom cost split, users now have the option to edit the cost of the individual split items natively built into the process.
  • Maximum Discount Percentages: “Taking a few dollars off of an item can sometimes make or break a sale,” says Mack. “So the new version allows for an override of the maximum allowable discount percentage. This gives individual stores the option of increasing standard discounts in order to offer customers even better prices.” Store administrators will also be able to designate permissions for specific employees to set custom discount levels.

In addition, Bravo has released many UI enhancements, including a new home button, and speedier optimizations such as a new Jewelry Master interface. Bravo users are encouraged to look over the updated Release Notes for a full breakdown of the new features.

“Bravo is committed to meeting the ever-shifting demands of the modern pawnbroker,” says Mack. “We’ll continue to refine our products in order to offer our customers the industry-leading tools they need to grow their business.”
