Galileo Performance Explorer:
Enterprise Alerting Dashboards with Health Check for Server/Storage

Malvern, PA (PRWEB) March 24, 2015

Galileo Performance Explorer™— the industry’s first easy-to-use, cloud-based integrated infrastructure performance management (IPM) suite for servers, storage and applications, developed by the ATS Group, has announced Enterprise Alerting with Health Check dashboards as a new suite-wide feature, available at no additional cost to all users.

The new Enterprise Alerting function interfaces with new health check and enterprise graphical user interface (GUI) dashboards to eliminate the ‘noise’ of other alerting products or solutions.

These dashboards are now accessible across the entire Galileo suite, including the newly-announced agents for both NetApp and VMware.

Galileo Enterprise Alerting with health check dashboards enable users to:

  • Monitor the health across the IT datacenter, from operating system (OS) problems to storage array concerns.
  • Proactively and quickly troubleshoot and resolve potential issues, whether operating system or storage related, before they become full-blown problems that can affect critical business processes.
  • Focus on actual, critical messages and warnings with a streamlined alerting, analytics and resolution engine that clearly identifies what and where problems exist, resulting in faster problem resolution

“Utilizing our ATS Group and Galileo subject matter experts (SMEs) vast hands-on experience—from both personal and customer engagements—we identified and crafted an alerting and analytics engine that allows customers to access that depth of troubleshooting experience in just a few quick keystrokes.” says Chris Churchey, Principal and Co-Founder of Galileo and the ATS Group. “In the event of potential catastrophic datacenter downtime, administrators can simply access the Enterprise Alerting feature to help them pinpoint and resolve datacenter problems, rather than consulting a mountain of manuals or going through endless online forums or customer service inquiries.”

More details can be obtained from Galileo’s website.

Included in Galileo’s product roadmap are performance monitoring agents and feature enhancements for IBM, IBM Power Systems, EMC, Brocade SAN, Cisco SAN, Hitachi, Oracle and other IT infrastructure.

All Galileo capabilities are accessible for evaluation via a free 30-Day Trial program or by requesting a personal demonstration.
